About product shipment

At Culo Camicia Bureau all garments are made to order. We begin producing your piece only after your order has been placed and accepted. This process can take up to 15 days, depending on the item and the volume of orders.

Once production is completed and the order is ready to ship, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please note that carriers may take 1–2 business days to activate tracking. If the tracking link does not update, please contact us at hello@culocamicia.com.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 CET. Orders placed outside these hours or during Italian or local holidays are processed on the next working day. Shipments and deliveries take place exclusively on business days and during office hours. Please ensure that your address, house number and doorbell name are correct to avoid delivery issues.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are calculated from the moment the shipping confirmation email is sent, not from the order confirmation.

For deliveries within Italy, the estimated delivery time is 1–4 business days. During peak periods, such as Christmas or other holidays, delivery may take 3–5 business days.

For deliveries within the European Union and Switzerland, the estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days. During peak periods, delivery may take 7–10 business days.


Canceling the order before shipment

We can accept cancellation of your order within 24 hours from the email confirming your order. In this case, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@culocamicia.com and we will do our best to support your request.


Changing shipping address

To avoid issues during delivery, always check the address you provide at checkout against the order confirmation email and make sure you indicate the correct house number and name on your dorbell.

If your order hasn't been processed yet, email us at hello@culocamicia.com with the address you'd like to receive it. Please note that after receiving the shipping confirmation email, it won't be possible to update it.


Returns and exachange

We are very keen to make you a happy Culo Camicia Bureau customer and if you have any questions or thoughts about our products, you are always welcome to contact us and we will do our best to help you. In case you are unhappy with your products, you are of course welcome to return or exchange them. Below you can find all information needed for making a return.


How to make a return and exchange

If you wish to return or exchange your product we kindly ask you to contact us directly at hello@culocamicia.com and we will help you from there.

If you wish to exchange your product, please let us know in the text of the email the new size and the item you would like. Before making the return or exchange, please read our Return & Exchanges policy below.


Return and exchange Policy

Every product purchased from culocamicia.com has a 14 days return period starting from the day you receive the product.

Within Italy, size exchanges are free, while returns have a handling fee of €6,15, which will be deducted from the refund.

Within the EU or Switzerland, size exchanges are free, while returns have a handling fee of €25,40, which will be deducted from the refund.

Returned products must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent it from being sold as new. They must also be returned in their original packaging. Returned items must have the original tags attached.

Please remember that returning an item has an environmental impact due to the CO2 emissions involved in the whole process (transportation, warehousing, etc.). Before returning an item, think of someone that would love it. A gift is a conscious solution that can make someone else happy.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@culocamicia.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
If the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, we can evaluate the issue and offer you a solution.


Exemptions / Non-returnable items

Returned products must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new.
They must also be returned in their original Culo Camicia Bureau packaging with the original tags attached.
If these conditions are not met we will not issue a refund or accept the return.


Exchange

To exchange a product for, you will need to return the item and place a new order.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to purchase a new item after having sent us the return request for the item you received.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that the refund cannot be made to any other bank account or via a different payment method.

Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund usually up to 7 working days or even more.
