With our “Make Your Own CC” service, you can send us your old shirts and we’ll transform them into your very own CULO CAMICIA pieces.
Below you’ll find all the steps to complete your transformation order.

STEP 1 - CREATE THE ORDER

Go to the Make Your Own CC page and click the “START” button at the bottom.
Fill in all the required information and complete your payment.
If the process is successful, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order summary.
If you don’t receive anything but your payment has been confirmed by your bank or card provider, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@culocamicia.com

STEP 2 - PREPARE THE PACKAGE

Fold your shirts neatly. For each shirt you want to transform, insert a sheet of paper inside it with your desired CULO CAMICIA size written in capital letters (you can write it by hand).
Alternatively, you can stick a small piece of masking tape inside the back of each shirt with the size written on it in capital letters.

Note: Please make sure your package complies with the maximum size limits listed in below.

STEP 3 - SHIP THE SHIRTS

Within 3 working days after your order confirmation email, we’ll send you a shipping label by email. Print it and attach it to your package.

If you are in Italy:
Take your package to any Post Office or Punto Poste in your city.
You can ship it whenever you like — the label doesn’t have an expiration date.

If you are in another EU country:
We’ll arrange a courier pickup directly from your address on the next working day after you receive the shipping label.

STEP 4 - RECEIVE THE SHIRTS

Once your new CULO CAMICIA are ready, we’ll contact you via email to confirm your delivery address.
When your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and link to follow your package.

  • At the moment, this service is only available in Italy, the European Union, and Switzerland.

  • Yes! If you want to transform only some of your shirts and donate the rest, follow the same instructions above — during the guided order process, you’ll be able to indicate how many you wish to transform and how many to donate.
    If you’d like to donate only your shirts (without transforming them), please send them at your own expense to:

  • The conversion ratio is 1:1 — one shirt becomes one CULO CAMICIA.
    This 1:1 transformation works best with shirts of size L or larger.
    If your shirts are smaller, we’ll combine them with shirts from our own inventory, carefully matching patterns and colors to create a harmonious final piece.

    • If you’re sending up to three shirts, you can use a light shipping envelope like the ones from Amazon or Zalando.
    • For up to five shirts, use a box around 30 × 20 × 10 cm (about the size of a shoe box).
    • If you’re sending between sixteen and twenty-five shirts, use a box about 40 × 30 × 20 cm.
    • For larger shipments of twenty-five to fifty shirts, use a box around 55 × 35 × 35 cm.

  • To avoid overproduction and waste, we only create products after they’ve been ordered.
    From the moment we receive your shirts at our warehouse, the transformation process usually takes 15–20 working days before your new CULO CAMICIA are shipped to you.
    You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your package is on its way.

  • Unfortunately, since these items are custom-made and created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for Make Your Own CC products.
